Mossad ran 9/11 Arab "hijacker" terrorist operation

British intelligence reported in February 2002 that the Israeli Mossad ran the Arab hijacker cells that were later blamed by the U.S. government's 9/11 Commission for carrying out the aerial attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. WMR has received details of the British intelligence report which was suppressed by the government of then-Prime Minister Tony Blair.

A Mossad unit consisting of six Egyptian- and Yemeni-born Jews infiltrated "Al Qaeda" cells in Hamburg (the Atta-Mamoun Darkanzali cell), south Florida, and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates in the months before 9/11. The Mossad not only infiltrated cells but began to run them and give them specific orders that would eventually culminate in their being on board four regularly-scheduled flights originating in Boston, Washington Dulles, and Newark, New Jersey on 9/11.

The Mossad infiltration team comprised six Israelis, comprising two cells of three agents, who all received special training at a Mossad base in the Negev Desert in their future control and handling of the "Al Qaeda" cells. One Mossad cell traveled to Amsterdam where they submitted to the operational control of the Mossad's Europe Station, which operates from the El Al complex at Schiphol International Airport. The three-man Mossad unit then traveled to Hamburg where it made contact with Mohammed Atta, who believed they were sent by Osama Bin Laden. In fact, they were sent by Ephraim Halevy, the chief of Mossad.

The second three-man Mossad team flew to New York and then to southern Florida where they began to direct the "Al Qaeda" cells operating from Hollywood, Miami, Vero Beach, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. Israeli "art students," already under investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration for casing the offices and homes of federal law enforcement officers, had been living among and conducting surveillance of the activities, including flight school training, of the future Arab "hijacker" cells, particularly in Hollywood and Vero Beach.

In August 2001, the first Mossad team flew with Atta and other Hamburg "Al Qaeda" members to Boston. Logan International Airport's security was contracted to Huntleigh USA, a firm owned by an Israeli airport security firm closely connected to Mossad — International Consultants on Targeted Security – ICTS. ICTS's owners were politically connected to the Likud Party, particularly the Netanyahu faction and then-Jerusalem mayor and future Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. It was Olmert who personally interceded with New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani to have released from prison five Urban Moving Systems employees, identified by the CIA and FBI agents as Mossad agents. The Israelis were the only suspects arrested anywhere in the United States on 9/11 who were thought to have been involved in the 9/11 attacks.

The two Mossad teams sent regular coded reports on the progress of the 9/11 operation to Tel Aviv via the Israeli embassy in Washington, DC. WMR has learned from a Pentagon source that leading Americans tied to the media effort to pin 9/11 on Arab hijackers, Osama Bin Laden, and the Taliban were present in the Israeli embassy on September 10, 2001, to coordinate their media blitz for the subsequent days and weeks following the attacks. It is more than likely that FBI counter-intelligence agents who conduct surveillance of the Israeli embassy have proof on the presence of the Americans present at the embassy on September 10. Some of the Americans are well-known to U.S. cable news television audiences.

In mid-August, the Mossad team running the Hamburg cell in Boston reported to Tel Aviv that the final plans for 9/11 were set. The Florida-based Mossad cell reported that the documented "presence" of the Arab cell members at Florida flight schools had been established.

The two Mossad cells studiously avoided any mention of the World Trade Center or targets in Washington, DC in their coded messages to Tel Aviv. Halevy covered his tracks by reporting to the CIA of a "general threat" by an attack by Arab terrorists on a nuclear plant somewhere on the East Coast of the United States. CIA director George Tenet dismissed the Halevy warning as "too non-specific." The FBI, under soon-to-be-departed director Louis Freeh, received the "non-specific" warning about an attack on a nuclear power plant and sent out the information in its routine bulletins to field agents but no high alert was ordered.

The lack of a paper trail pointing to "Al Qaeda" as the masterminds on 9/11, which could then be linked to Al Qaeda's Mossad handlers, threw off the FBI. On April 19, 2002, FBI director Robert Mueller, in a speech to San Francisco's Commonwealth Club, stated: "In our investigation, we have not uncovered a single piece of paper — either here in the United States, or in the treasure trove of information that has turned up in Afghanistan and elsewhere — that mentioned any aspect of the September 11 plot."

The two Mossad "Al Qaeda" infiltration and control teams had also helped set up safe houses for the quick exfiltration of Mossad agents from the United States. Last March, WMR reported: "WMR has learned from two El Al sources who worked for the Israeli airline at New York’s John F. Kennedy airport that on 9/11, hours after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grounded all civilian domestic and international incoming and outgoing flights to and from the United States, a full El Al Boeing 747 took off from JFK bound for Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport. The two El Al employee sources are not Israeli nationals but legal immigrants from Ecuador who were working in the United States for the airline. The flight departed JFK at 4:11 pm and its departure was, according to the El Al sources, authorized by the direct intervention of the U.S. Department of Defense. U.S. military officials were on the scene at JFK and were personally involved with the airport and air traffic control authorities to clear the flight for take-off. According to the 9/11 Commission report, Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta ordered all civilian flights to be grounded at 9:45 am on September 11." WMR has learned from British intelligence sources that the six-man Mossad team was listed on the El Al flight manifest as El Al employees.

WMR previously reported that the Mossad cell operating in the Jersey City-Weehawken area of New Jersey through Urban Moving Systems was suspected by some in the FBI and CIA of being involved in moving explosives into the World Trade Center as well as staging "false flag" demonstrations at least two locations in north Jersey: Liberty State Park and an apartment complex in Jersey City as the first plane hit the World Trade Center's North Tower. One team of Urban Moving Systems Mossad agents was arrested later on September 11 and jailed for five months at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Some of their names turned up in a joint CIA-FBI database as known Mossad agents, along with the owner of Urban Moving Systems, Dominik Suter, whose name also appeared on a "Law Enforcement Sensitive" FBI 9/11 suspects list, along with the names of key "hijackers," including Mohammed Atta and Hani Hanjour, as well as the so-called "20th hijacker," Zacarias Moussaoui.

Suter was allowed to escape the United States after the FBI made initial contact with him at the Urban Moving Systems warehouse in Weehawken, New Jersey, following the 9/11 attacks. Suter was later permitted to return to the United States where he was involved in the aircraft parts supply business in southern Florida, according to an informe3d source who contacted WMR. Suter later filed for bankruptcy in Florida for Urban Moving Systems and other businesses he operated: Suburban Moving & Storage Inc.; Max Movers, Inc.; Invsupport; Woodflooring Warehouse Corp.; One Stop Cleaning LLC; and City Carpet Upholstery, Inc. At the time of the bankruptcy filing in Florida, Suter listed his address as 1867 Fox Court, Wellington, FL 33414, with a phone number of 561 204-2359.

From the list of creditors it can be determined that Suter had been operating in the United States since 1993, the year of the first attack on the World Trade Center. In 1993, Suter began racking up American Express credit card charges totaling $21,913.97. Suter also maintained credit card accounts with HSBC Bank and Orchard Bank c/o HSBC Card Services of Salinas, California, among other banks. Suter also did business with the Jewish Community Center of Greater Palm Beach in Florida and Ryder Trucks in Miami. Miami and southern Florida were major operating areas for cells of Israeli Mossad agents masquerading as "art students," who were living and working near some of the identified future Arab "hijackers" in the months preceding 9/11.

ABC's 20/20 correspondent John Miller ensured that the Israeli connection to "Al Qaeda's" Arab hijackers was buried in an "investigation" of the movers' activities on 9/11. Anchor Barbara Walters helped Miller in putting a lid on the story about the movers and Suter aired on June 21, 2002. Miller then went on to become the FBI public affairs spokesman to ensure that Mueller and other FBI officials kept to the "Al Qaeda" script as determined by the Bush administration and the future 9/11 Commission. But former CIA chief of counter-terrorism Vince Cannistraro let slip to ABC an important clue to the operations of the Mossad movers in New Jersey when he stated that the Mossad agents "set up or exploited for the purpose of launching an intelligence operation against radical Islamists in the area, particularly in the New Jersey-New York area." The "intelligence operation" turned out to have been the actual 9/11 attacks. And it was no coincidence that it was ABC's John Miller who conducted a May 1998 rare interview of Osama Bin Laden at his camp in Afghanistan. Bin Laden played his part well for future scenes in the fictional "made-for-TV" drama known as 9/11.

WMR has also learned from Italian intelligence sources that Mossad's running of "Al Qaeda" operatives did not end with running the "hijacking" teams in the United States and Hamburg. Other Arab "Al Qaeda" operatives, run by Mossad, were infiltrated into Syria but arrested by Syrian intelligence. Syria was unsuccessful in turning them to participate in intelligence operations in Lebanon. Detailed information on Bin Laden's support team was offered to the Bush administration, up to days prior to 9/11, by Gutbi al-Mahdi, the head of the Sudanese Mukhabarat intelligence service. The intelligence was rejected by the Biush White House. It was later reported that Sudanese members of "Al Qaeda's" support network were double agents for Mossad who had also established close contacts with Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and operated in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Eritrea, as well as Sudan. The Mossad connection to Al Qaeda in Sudan was likely known by the Sudanese Mukhabarat, a reason for the rejection of its intelligence on "Al Qaeda" by the thoroughly-Mossad penetrated Bush White House. Yemen had also identified "Al Qaeda" members who were also Mossad agents. A former chief of Mossad revealed to this editor in 2002 that Yemeni-born Mossad "deep insertion" commandos spotted Bin Laden in the Hadhramaut region of eastern Yemen after his escape from Tora Bora in Afghanistan, following the U.S. invasion.

French intelligence determined that other Egyptian- and Yemeni-born Jewish Mossad agents were infiltrated into Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates as radical members of the Muslim Brotherhood. However, the "Muslim Brotherhood" agents actually were involved in providing covert Israeli funding for "Al Qaeda" activities. On February 21, 2006, WMR reported on the U.S. Treasury Secretary's firing by President Bush over information discovered on the shady "Al Qaeda" accounts in the United Arab Emirates: "Banking insiders in Dubai report that in March 2002, U.S. Secretary of Treasury Paul O’Neill visited Dubai and asked for documents on a $109,500 money transfer from Dubai to a joint account held by hijackers Mohammed Atta and Marwan al Shehhi at Sun Trust Bank in Florida. O’Neill also asked UAE authorities to close down accounts used by Al Qaeda . . . . The UAE complained about O’Neill’s demands to the Bush administration. O’Neill’s pressure on the UAE and Saudis contributed to Bush firing him as Treasury Secretary in December 2002 " O'Neill may have also stumbled on the "Muslim Brotherhood" Mossad operatives operating in the emirates who were directing funds to "Al Qaeda."

After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the rise to power of the Taliban in Afghanistan, Sharjah's ruler, Sultan bin Mohammed al-Qasimi, who survived a palace coup attempt in 1987, opened his potentate to Russian businessmen like Viktor Bout, as well as to financiers of radical Muslim groups, including the Taliban and "Al Qaeda."

Moreover, this Israeli support for "Al Qaeda" was fully known to Saudi intelligence, which approved of it in order to avoid compromising Riyadh. The joint Israeli-Saudi support for "Al Qaeda" was well-known to the Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah-based aviation network of the now-imprisoned Russian, Viktor Bout, jailed in New York on terrorism charges. The presence of Bout in New York, a hotbed of Israeli intelligence control of U.S. federal prosecutors, judges, as well as the news media, is no accident: Bout knows enough about the Mossad activities in Sharjah in support of the Taliban and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, where Bout also had aviation and logistics contracts, to expose Mossad as the actual mastermind behind 9/11. Bout's aviation empire also extended to Miami and Dallas, two areas that were nexuses for the Mossad control operations for the "Al Qaeda" flight training operations of the Arab cell members in the months prior to 9/11.

Bout's path also crossed with "Al Qaeda's" support network at the same bank in Sharjah, HSBC. Mossad's phony Muslim Brotherhood members from Egypt and Yemen controlled financing for "Al Qaeda" through the HSBC accounts in Sharjah. Mossad's Dominik Suter also dealt with HSBC in the United States. The FBI's chief counter-terrorism agent investigating Al Qaeda, John O'Neill, became aware of the "unique" funding mechanisms for Al Qaeda. It was no mistake that O'Neill was given the job as director of security for the World Trade Center on the eve of the attack. O'Neill perished in the collapse of the complex.Mossad uses a number of Jews born in Arab countries to masquerade as Arabs. They often carry forged or stolen passports from Arab countries or nations in Europe that have large Arab immigrant populations, particularly Germany, France, Britain, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands.

For Mossad, the successful 9/11 terrorist "false flag" operation was a success beyond expectations. The Bush administration, backed by the Blair government, attacked and occupied Iraq, deposing Saddam Hussein, and turned up pressure on Israel's other adversaries, including Iran, Syria, Pakistan, Hamas, and Lebanese Hezbollah. The Israelis also saw the U.S., Britain, and the UN begin to crack down on the Lebanese Shi'a diamond business in Democratic Republic of Congo and West Africa, and with it, the logistics support provided by Bout's aviation companies, which resulted in a free hand for Tel Aviv to move in on Lebanese diamond deals in central and west Africa.

Then-Israeli Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu commented on the 9/11 attacks on U.S. television shortly after they occurred. Netanyahu said: "It is very good!" It now appears that Netanyahu, in his zeal, blew Mossad's cover as the masterminds of 9/11.

A group of scientists is pushing to publish research about how they created a man-made flu virus that could potentially wipe out civilisation.

The deadly virus is a genetically tweaked version of the H5N1 bird flu strain, but is far more infectious and could pass easily between millions of people at a time.

The research has caused a storm of controversy and divided scientists, with some saying it should never have been carried out.

The current strain of H5N1 has only killed 500 people and is not contagious enough to cause a global pandemic.

But their are fears the modified virus is so dangerous it could be used for bio-warfare, if it falls into the wrong hands.

Virologist Ron Fouchier of the Erasmus Medical Centre in the Netherlands lead a team of scientists who discovered that a mere five mutations to the avian virus was sufficient to make it spread far more easily.

He conducted his tests on ferrets as the animals have become a model of choice for influenza and have similar respiratory tracts to humans.

Fouchier is so prepared for a media storm that he has hired an advisor to help him work on a communication strategy.

The research done was part of an international drive to understand H5N1 more fully.

Fouchier admitted the strain is 'one of the most dangerous viruses you can make' but is still adamant he wants to publish a paper describing how it was done.

The study is one of two which has caused serious debate about scientific freedom and about regulating research which might have potential public health benefits but at the same time could also be useful for bio-terrorism.

The other paper, also on H5N1, was done by a joint team at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Tokyo.

It is understood to have had comparable results to the study done by Fouchier.

Both papers are now being reviewed by the U.S National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity (NSABB).

NSABB does not have the power to prevent the publication but it could ask journals not to publish.

Paul Keim, chairman of NSABB, said: 'I can't think of another pathogenic organism that is as scary as this one. I don't think anthrax is scary at all compared to this.'

Traditionally scientific research has always been open so that fellow scientists can review the work of others and repeat their methods to try and learn from them.

But numerous scientists have said they believe research on the avian flu should be suppressed.

However bio-defense and flu expert Michael Osterholm, who is director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of innesota, said the work carried out was important medically.

He added he could not discuss the papers because he was a member of NSABB but said if they were published certain information could be withheld and made available to those who really need to know.

'We don't want to give bad guys a road map on how to make bad bugs really bad,' he said.

He quotes that part of the law and then goes on to say: "In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country".

And now we come to it. On Sunday March 21, 2010 the Senate Healthcare bill HR3200 was passed and signed into law the following Tuesday. Like I said before, there are a legion of horrible and just plain evil aspects to this bill and I’m sure you’ve heard a lot them by now. I don’t want to discount them but what cannot be missed here is this new law now opens a prophetic door on a magnitude not seen since the reformation of Israel.

This new law requires an RFID chip implanted in all of us. This chip will not only contain your personal information with tracking capability but it will also be linked to your bank account. And get this, Page 1004 of the new law (dictating the timing of this chip), reads, and I quote: "Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment". It is now the law of the land that by March 23^rd 2013 we will all be required to have an RFID chip underneath our skin and this chip will be link to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it.

In just a minute I’m going to show you the black and white of the law itself and you can see it with your own eyes and wonder why an event of this magnitude which is nothing less than seismic in nature is met with little more than silence in the Christian community.

Is it now starting to dawn on you just where exactly we are in prophecy? I’ll ask that question again in a minute and follow up on it, but now I want to show you the law itself. I’ve downloaded a PDF copy of HR3200 from the government's website so what I’m about to show you is from the bill itself its nothing that I’ve written. You can access it all and see it all for yourself straight from the source itself.

H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph 1.
The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? As you saw earlier, it is the device approved by the FDA in 2004.

A class II implantable device is an "implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information." The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as "claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary."

Going back to what we just looked at, the creation of the national medical device registry in section 2521, page 1002 line 5:

“In developing the registry, the secretary shall…”

And the law continues on with a laundry list of items that the secretary must do in the process of creating this registry. In this laundry list of items to do, Line 17, subparagraph B: "validating methods for analyzing patient safety and outcomes data from multiple sources and for linking such data with the information included in the registry as described in subparagraph (A)"

Going back to subparagraph A [right above subparagraph B], it says: “including in the registry, in a manner consistent with subsection (f), appropriate information to identify each device described in paragraph (1) by type, model, and serial number or other unique identifier;”

Don’t be confused by the intentional obfuscation and skillful wording, This law first creates the national device registry and then immediately list all the task the secretary of health and human services will have do in the process of creating this registry.

The very first two items in the list mandates that the secretary first gives a unique identification to each of the items listed in paragraph 1 which is:

‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable.”

Then, the very next thing the secretary is to do is to create the process by which “patient safety and outcomes data from multiple sources”, which is electronic medical records, that are linked to these newly and uniquely identified items from paragraph 1 which are the class III and class II implantable devices.

Class III devises are items such as breast implants, pacemakers, heart valves, etc. A Class II device that is implantable is, as you seen from the FDA, an implantable radio frequency transponder, RFID chip. From breast implants, to pacemakers, to RFID chips which one is the only possible one that can used for the stated purpose in section B which is, “for linking such data with the information included in the registry”? As we know from subsection A, the information in the registry is the name of a device. In plain speak, we are in a clear way being told that our electronic medical records are going to be linked to a class II implantable device!

Continuing a few lines down in this same section, section B subsection ii on still on page 1002, the “patient safety and outcomes data from multiple sources”, that is to be linked is clearly spelled out as electronic medical records. It reads: “link data obtained under clause (i) with information in the registry”. Information in the registry is, as we know from subparagraph A, the name of the device. So what is the data obtained under clause i? Back up a few lines to clause i

It reads: “obtain access to disparate sources of patient safety and outcomes data, including Federal health-related electronic data”. Again, from breast implants, to pacemakers, to RFID chips which one is the only possible one that can used for the stated purpose in section B? That stated purpose is “for linking such data” and the such data is electronic medical records.

What we already have already seen in just the creation of this registry, is the device that will serve as the link, which is an RFID microchip that is categorized as a Class II implantable device, as well as what it will be the link for which is your electronic medical records.

In case the law wasn’t clear enough on that point, still in the laundry list of things to do a few more lines down on the next page, page 1005

“The Secretary to protect the public health; shall establish procedures to permit linkage of information submitted pursuant to subparagraph (A, remember subparagraph A is the class 2 implantable device reference) with patient safety and outcomes data obtained under paragraph (3, which is electronic medical records); and to permit analyses of linked data;”

Continuing on to page 1007, in the STANDARDS, IMPLEMENTATION CRITERIA, AND CERTIFICATION CRITERIA section, the secretary of health and human services is given full power to intact all mandates from the laundry list of to-do items in the creation process of the registry as well as dictate how the devises listed in the National Medical Device Registry are to be used and implemented.

"The Secretary of the Health Human Services, acting through the head of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, shall adopt standards, implementation specifications, and certification criteria for the electronic exchange and use in certified electronic health records of a unique device identifier for each device described in paragraph 1 (National Medical Device Registry), if such an identifier is required by section 519(f) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360i(f)) for the device."

Now on Page 503, section E Lines 13-17 and I quote: "encourage, as appropriate, the development and use of clinical registries and the development of clinical effectiveness research data networks from electronic health records, post marketing drug and medical device surveillance efforts". Let me say that again, medical device surveillance efforts!

Now lets look at section 163 of HR3200, which gives the government a direct electronic access to your bank account which will work in conjunction with an implanted chip.

Page 58 Lines 5 through 15 reads:
(D) enable the real-time (or near real time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card; (E) enable, where feasible, near real-time adjudication of claims

What does this mean? It means that the government will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip is your Health Identification Number. When you visit a medical provider, the medical claims will be processed while you are still in the office. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe will be deducted from your bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200.

Notice here in this part which is at the beginning of 2000 plus pages of the law, it is carefully worded “which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card”. Here we are told that it may be a card. As you have already seen, deeper in the law [Sec. 2521 Pg. 1000] what this “may” utilize is clearly spelled out as a “class II device that is implantable”.

We can only speculate at this point why the law is set up this way. Most likely this section was written to account for the gap in time from when the process of chipping begins to when everyone has received a chip. A means of starting with a card for the sake of expedience while the process of chipping citizenry plays out. One thing is certain, the law mandates that within 3 years we will all have a chip under our skin that will serve this purpose.

Evidence of this logic is found in the deadline set for the start of the registry on page 1006.

"EFFECTIVE DATE.—The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall establish and begin implementation of the registry under section 519(g) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by paragraph (1), by not later than the date that is 36 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, without regard to whether or not final regulations to establish and operate the registry have been promulgated by such date."

Also on page 259, this law requires the use of Electronic medical records system in all hospitals by 2012 which will leave a gap of at least a year before the class II implantable device is required.

That is from a currently serving member of congress. Cutting through all the political ease, the bottom line is that eventually if you want to participate in a government healthcare plan you will have to have this chip implanted in you. This law mandates that you have to have insurance and by virtue of this law guarantees that all private healthcare insurers will be driven out of business with only the government option left. We will be in a single payer system and you will have to have an imbedded chip to be a member of this system and it is mandatory that you be a part of this system.

Medicare figures show the use of Electroconvulsive Therapy has tripled in Victoria in the private health sector alone in six years.
A VicHealth report confirms more than 18,000 treatments were conducted in Victoria in 2007-2008.
Federal Government statistics show the use of ECT - an electric shock delivered straight to the brain - in the state's private health system increased from 1944 treatments in 2001-2002 to
6009 in 2007-2008.
About 12,000 treatments were performed in the public health system last financial year.
Medicare statistics record 203 ECT treatments on children younger than 14 - including 55 aged four and younger.
Two of the under-4s were in Victoria.
Last financial year, 6197 ECT treatments were given to Victorians against their will.
This news comes as the Western Australian Government moves to ban ECT procedures for children under 12.
The Victorian Government would not say if it would follow.
The figures have shocked some experts.
Prof Pat McGorry, chair of the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, said ECT treatment for children whose brains were still forming was worrying.
"That is of great concern, a very worrying trend and we need to know why," he said.
"Why has its use increased at that rate? I am shocked and amazed that children that young are being treated this way."
Though doctors are still mystified as to how it works, ECT is used to treat mental disorders such as manic depression and psychosis.
The figures show nearly three times as many women had shock treatment compared with men.
Side effects include memory loss, seizures and headaches.
Modern treatment involves anaesthetic before each ECT treatment, which occur at intervals during a few weeks.
Increasing numbers of patients who had been forced into ECT treatment were contacting the Mental Health Legal Centre claiming they were tortured, Vivienne Topp, a lawyer and policy
adviser said.
Bioethicist Assoc Prof Nicholas Tonti-Filippini supported ECT on children, saying some toddlers were "disturbed".
Psychiatrist Dr Paul Skerritt, of the Australian Medical Association, said ECT sent the patient into an "epileptic" type fit, which helped rewire the brain.
"It is one of the most effective and safe treatments, though I would not be applauding its use in children. These figures are very high," he said.

Abstract

The invention relates to the stimulation of the human nervous system by an electromagnetic field applied externally to the body. A neurological effect of external electric fields has been mentioned by Wiener (1958), in a discussion of the bunching of brain waves through nonlinear interactions. The electric field was arranged to provide "a direct electrical driving of the brain". Wiener describes the field as set up by a 10 Hz alternating voltage of 400 V applied in a room between ceiling and ground. Brennan (1992) describes in U.S. Pat. POINT: The Port Arthur Massacre was a planned event from start to finish.

The actions of the various players such as McCreadie, Groom, Easton, Sale and many others tells us that the Port Arthur Massacre was a terrorist exercise from the start. Every major police member involved with the Port Arthur Massacre had been trained by SAC-PAV, a Federal Government body from the Federal Attorney General’s Department and controlled by the PCSS.

Consider these snippets of information:
“A revised edition of the National Anti-Terrorist Plan endorsed by SAC-PAV in November 1995”

“For example, the effectiveness of the national Anti-Terrorist Plan and particularly the external support provisions was demonstrated during the Port Arthur incident in April 1996.”

“the response arrangements of the National Anti-Terrorist Plan were largely followed by the Tasmanian Authorities in successfully managing the incident.”

So, the plans that Superintendent Bob Fielding signed off on were in fact, part of the National Anti-Terrorist Plan endorsed by SAC-PAV in November 1995. The Plans to accommodate the media, especially with the buses, and the organised tours then also had to be part of the National Anti-Terrorist Plan. The next question is, who wrote these plans?

Consider the career of the retired Tasmania Police Sergeant, Michael Charles Dyson. Michael Charles Dyson joined the Tasmania Police in 1974, and the SOG in 1985. In 1990 as a senior member and the only full-time member of Tasmania Police SOG, Sgt Michael Dyson, at the time with 16 years policing experience, and 5 of those years with the SOG, was seconded to train New Zealand police officers at the New Zealand Police College near Dunedin for their inclusion in their Armed Offenders Squad (AOS) It was reported in New Zealand, that in regard to the Aramoana massacre on the 13th November 1990, “an anti terrorist unit was in the area helping to co-ordinate the scene.” Apparently Sgt Dyson was part of this anti-terrorist team.

Mr Dyson was the Assault Team Commander at Pelverata involved in the shooting death of Joe Gilowitz who was shot by Constable Michael Fogarty.

Interestingly, we learn from the Inquiry transcript, that when Michael Dyson left the SOG unit in 1995 - before the Port Arthur terrorist attack - he was posted to a special section in the Tasmania Police who were involved directly in, “counter terrorist exercises”. It was in this rather covert section, that Dyson spent his remaining time in Tasmania Police, being “involved in the development of the violent incident management plan.” (VIMPs)- “more strategic level and became involved in the overall command of violent incidents which is my passion…”

In other words, Sgt Dyson in the 2000 Royal Commission told us that he was posted to a unit directly involved in ‘ Counter Terrorist exercises’, and that he was involved in that unit’s planning aspect for ‘Violent Incident Management Plan’ the plans mentioned and used by Superintendent Fielding, Geoff Easton, and all the other players in Australia’s worst massacre. Dyson describes his move as a ‘more strategic level’, and then describes his involvement in regard to command of violent incidents as a passion. I would suspect that he means his passion would be in regard to the command and management of violent incidents rather than the victim thereof, so consider this aspect.

In regard to the Port Arthur Massacre, the most violent incident ever to occur within Australia, let alone Tasmania, the first and only time that the Plans for an ‘Anti-Terrorist’ situation were implemented, Sergeant Michael Dyson, the former SOG Assault Team Leader, the only SOG member with any siege experience, was not available to assist the SOG’s in their part of the exercise, and the required drills that had been planned by Dyson.

Dyson would have known the area around Seascape, having previously been involved with the various SOG training exercises carried out in the area, he would have been aware of all the difficulties such as topography and radio communications that would beset the SOG’s, but it appears that Dyson’s passion would not be fulfilled on that particular day or was it?

We are aware that Martin Bryant had a mate with him in Seascape Cottage, a mate called Rick. When we read of the various comments made by Martin in regard to Rick, then we become aware that they were old mates, and perhaps they had even shot together at one of the various shooting ranges in the area. We are also aware that whoever was with Martin, that person was well aware of the various tactics and drills performed by the Tasmania Police SOG’s, and had similar equipment to the SOG’s such as night viewing equipment, and laser sights. This equipment was not discovered in the charred ruins of Seascape Cottage, and so presumably must have left with ‘Rick’.

It is questionable as to why Martin Bryant changed his clothing at least three times, as his clothing on the journey to Port Arthur was different to the clothing worn by the gunman at the Historic Site, and when Martin Bryant emerged from Seascape he was dressed in black. Funnily enough the SOG’S were also dressed in black. Is it beyond the realms of possibility that Rick was also dressed in Black?
But, back to Martin Bryant in Seascape and talking with the Police Negotiator;

Jamie: Yeah, while I’m on the phone um Rick’s wondering how did the ABC actually get in touch with me.

McCarthy: Rick was Rick actually wondering that?

Now this little comment by ‘Jamie’ or Martin Bryant if you wish does tend to demonstrate that he had an easy friendly relationship with Rick, but now consider this little gem

Jamie: Uh well I’m well up til now and the past few twenty seconds. What I’ve actually found out man is that one of your boys is right outside North East I’d say. With an infra-red scope. I’ve got one up here that I’ve found from this person own um owns this property, he’s shining right towards me. If he doesn’t leave can you just ask him to move on, cause he’s gonna shoot he’s trying to shoot he’s gonna shoot your main man.”

Now the questions to be asked here are just who was ‘Jamie’ concerned about getting shot by the SOG marksman, as ‘Jamie’ infers that the target is someone other than himself, and thus more than likely, Rick. But it is the description of the target to the Tasmania Police Negotiator, in that the marksman was going to shoot the Tasmania Police’s main man. That man has to be Rick, and ‘Jamie’ has just told us that Rick was a main member of the Tasmania Police.

My question tonight is, “What is the possibility that the person inside Seascape Cottage with Martin Bryant, aka ‘Jamie, who ‘Jamie’ called Rick actually being a Tasmania Police SOG member by the name of Mick.

Forwarded is one of the most bizarre events of the recent past. Its facts were so muted and disguised as to make the entire issue, hardly plausible. Yet, the event happened, and the Gun issue in Australia emerged.... Was Port Arthur Designed to Undermine our National Security ?

It is an accepted media "fact" that Martin Bryant, an intellectually- impaired young man with a dramatically low IQ of 66, shot dead 35 people at Port Arthur and wounded 22 others.

Not just that, but this awesome shooter managed to kill the first 19 out of 20 dead in the Broad Arrow Cafe with single accurate shots to the head fired from his right hip.

Not bad for a man with no firearm experience other than using a Webley Osprey air rifle when he was a boy, and by the way, Bryant used to fire the Webley from his left shoulder because he is and has always been left- handed.

Perhaps the media should have questioned this startling inconsistency but failed to do so. After all, the suspect was in custody, international media outlets were screaming for the "dramatic" story, and somehow Martin Bryant's increasingly desperate pleas of "Not Guilty" were ignored by all and sundry.

Why? Perhaps because the Tasmanian Government was already aware that there was absolutely no evidence of any kind linking Bryant to Port Arthur, and needed a media "conviction" to protect their exposed political hides. And so it was that Martin Bryant became the most vilified and hated man in Australia, with thousands calling for his immediate execution.

BEFORE YOU RUSH TO JUDGEMENT ON PORT ARTHUR, TAKE A HARD LOOK AT THE QUEEN v. MARTIN BRYANT, AND TRY TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO YOUR SATISFACTION. IT IS UNLIKELY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO.

--- 1 Two hours before the mass murder commenced at Port Arthur, all senior site personnel were collected and driven north to a management seminar more than two hours from the Historic Site. In practice, this meant that at the time of the mass murder, no experienced managers were available at the Port Arthur Site. A residential weekend management seminar had never happened before in the entire history of Port Arthur.

WHO ISSUED THIS EXTRAORDINARY ORDER ?

--- 2 One hour before the massacre commenced at Port Arthur, the only two armed policemen on the Tasman Peninsula were decoyed on an imaginary drugs bust, to a coal mine location 30 minutes drive away from Port Arthur. Within minutes of these officers reporting themselves on location at the coal mine by radio, the shooter opened fire in the Broad Arrow Cafe. Timed from the point at which shot number one was fired, the entire massacre was completed in 17 minutes elapsed tim, meaning armed police could not intervene.

WHO DECOYED THE ARMED POLICE OFFICERS ?

--- 3 The shooter entered the Broad Arrow Cafe carrying his weapons in a Prince sports bag, then left the empty sports bag in a prominent position to later "link" the murders to Martin Bryant. Problem! The Colt Commando AR15 later found by police at Seascape Cottage and claimed to be "Bryant's Murder Weapon", has a standard 14.5" barrel, making it far too long to fit into the Prince sports bag. The weapon removed from the sports bag in the Broad Arrow Cafe by the real shooter had a barrel no longer than ten inches. Where is the shortened AR15 actually used in the mass murder?

--- 4 After the mass murder, police were attracted to Seascape Cottage by a tall plume of smoke from a burning BMW in the yard. Martin Bryant remembers a BMW car but is adamant he does not remember setting fire to it, because a man was secured in the boot, or so he believed. Bryant was [Glenn Pears] was removed before the car was set on fire, and later shot dead inside Seascape Cottage. Was the car set on fire merely to destroy forensic evidence, or was it [like the Prince sports bag in the Broad Arrow Cafe], used as another 'link' to incriminate Martin Bryant ?

--- 5 Immediately after being taken into custody and while being treated at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Martin Bryant was able to easily converse with his captors, confirm he understood their questions, and plead "not guilty". How was this possible? If Bryant had been inside the Broad Arrow Cafe during the mass murder, the concussive blast of 20x.223 Remington rounds fired by an AR15 with a shortened barrel, would have severely damaged his hearing. Most survivors in the cafe were hearing impaired for weeks, and some had burst eardrums. Even the, only the shooter him self was subject to the full reflected concussive blast of all 29 rounds. This medical fact alone excludes Martin Bryant from the Broad Arrow Cafe, so who really did the shooting?

The most serious flaw is in the chronology. Supposedly, just after creation, some angels lead by Satan rebelled against God. Satan came to Eve in the Garden of Eden as a serpent and tempted her and Adam to sin.

However, throughout the rest of the Old Testament, whenever Satan appears by name, he acts as an adversary for God, not against God. There could not be any adversary involvement in Eden. It doesn't make sense that Satan and God patched up their differences.

The chronology extends to the NT. Luke tells us that Satan entered into Judas. If God sent Jesus to die for men's sins, as Christians maintain, then he was acting on behalf of God. This takes us to the end of the Gospels with Satan and God working in a cooperative relationship.

³Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot. (Luke 22:3)

In between, there are two occasions in which God and Satan conspired to test their subject. The first was when they conspired to test the limit of Job's faith. The second was when God brought Jesus to Satan to be tempted.

To Jews, the serpent symbolized evil-that is all there was to it. There were no fallen angels; this idea came about as a result of a bad interpretation of Isaiah. On other occasions in Genesis in which Satan is blamed, there is no evidence of satanic influence. In sum, Satan was not God's enemy.

The word "Satan" originates in the Hebrew language, meaning to act as an opponent or adversary. More than any other religion, Christian propaganda gave a lot of weight to scaring believers into their fold. To absolve God of evil, Satan's Accusers took the OT angel of God, and elevated him to the full status of a rival god by reversing the OT context of "adversary."

To understand where Christianity is coming from, we have to look at it allegorically. In Light Verses Dark it was shown how light symbolized good and darkness symbolized evil-ancients had a fear of darkness. God represents light and Satan represents darkness. Christians see them as opposing forces, while Jews see only one God responsible for everything.

Allegorically, the half of a day when the sun is rising, God is rising to glory against Satan. When the sun is falling on the other half, darkness is increasing in power against the sun. Thus, Satan becomes perceived as a fallen angel. Satan is an adversary in the sense that darkness is an adversary to light. See Bible Astrology.

The religious mind has a tendency to look at matters in isolation. When the evidence is examined in entirety, it comes out that it was his accusers who bear false testimony. By decreeing the world full of sinners, Christian theology elevated Satan to status of a god with more influence on human consciousness than Jesus. But in reality, this whole sordid affair began as a personification of light verses dark.

Satan is a god

In God's Pantheon it was stressed that none of the biblical monotheistic religions are truly monotheistic. Just because angels are not worshipped and all but a few have names, they still fit the definition of "god," with a small "g". According to Webster's dictionary:

Any of various beings conceived of as supernatural, immortal, and having special powers over the lives and affairs of people and the course of nature; deity, esp. a male deity: typically considered objects of worship

In mythological accounts, all of the various gods had supernatural powers. Some of them were described as part human part god. But in every way, they fit the definition of god as angels do. For example in English, we call a legged object with a flat surface a table. We could describe the same object in French, German, Russian, or Spanish, but it is still the same form we know as a table.

A word is not the thing it represents. A word does not change the form. By any name, anything described as a being with supernatural powers is a god.

As a point of difference between the OT and the NT, Jews don't subscribe to the idea of two competing gods. Yahweh takes credit for all weal and woe. That would have to include his power over Satan with a small "s."

⁵I am the Lord, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I gird you, though you do not know me,
⁶that men may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me; I am the Lord, and there is no other.
⁷I form light and create darkness, I make weal and create woe, I am the Lord, who do all these things. (Isa. 45:5-7)

There is no other God besides Yahweh.

³⁵To you it was shown, that you might know that the Lord [Yahweh] is God; there is no other besides him. (Deut. 4:35)

God's angel

In the Old Testament, Satan does not appear as a leader of an army of hostile spirits who make war on God and humankind. Instead, he appears as one of God's angels whose assignment is to appear in an adversarial role. Sometimes he is known formally as Satan; on other occasions he is simply called "adversary" or "accuser". He never acts without God's consent.

This list compiles every case where Satan appears. In Hebrew, "Satan" means adversary; so the English translators used both words interchangeably.

1. God's messenger stood in front of Balaam's ass. This is where Satan makes his first appearance.

²¹So Balaam rose in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
²²But God's anger was kindled because he went; and the angel of the Lord took his stand in the way as his adversary [satan]. Now he was riding on the ass, and his two servants were with him. (Num. 22:21-22)

2. In Samuel, God tells David to take a census.

¹Again the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he incited David against them, saying, 'Go, number Israel and Judah." (2 Sam. 24:1)

Chronicles credits Satan. Was he impersonating God? Or are they one in the same?

¹Satan stood up against Israel, and incited David to number Israel. (1 Chron. 21:1)

3. The Philistines feared David would become their adversary. In this case, "Satan" is used descriptively and does not refer to the angel.

⁴But the commanders of the Philistines were angry with him; and the commanders of the Philistines said to him, "Send the man [David] back, that he may return to the place to which you have assigned him; he shall not go down with us to battle, lest in the battle he become an adversary [Satan] to us. For how could this fellow reconcile himself to his lord? Would it not be with the heads of the men here? (1 Sam. 29:4)

4. God sent Satan against Solomon in the form of Hadad the Edomite.

¹⁴And the Lord raised up an adversary [Satan] against Solomon, Hadad the Edomite; he was of the royal house in Edom. (1 Kings 11:14)

5. God put a lying spirit in King Ahab's prophets. Satan is not mentioned by name, but the nature of the conversation with God suggests Satan had permission to make the prophets lie.

²¹Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, saying, 'I will entice him."
²²And the Lord said to him, 'By what means?' And he said, 'I will go forth, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.' And he said, 'You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go forth and do so.'
²³Now therefore behold, the Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these your prophets; the Lord has spoken evil concerning you. (1 Kings 21-23; 2 Chron. 18:21-22)

6. God sent Satan to Rezon, thus turning him into an adversary of Israel. Satan is used descriptively.

²³God also raised up as an adversary [Satan]to him, Rezon the son of Eliada, who had fled from his master Hadadezer king of Zobah.
²⁴And he gathered men about him and became leader of a marauding band, after the slaughter by David; and they went to Damascus, and dwelt there, and made him king in Damascus.
²⁵He was an adversary [Satan] of Israel all the days of Solomon, doing mischief as Hadad did; and he abhorred Israel, and reigned over Syria. (1 Kings 11:23-25)

7. Satan and God conspired to test Job. Though he challenges God, he is still subject to God's power and acts with his permission.

⁶Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them.
⁷The Lord said to Satan, "Whence have you come?" Satan answered the Lord, "From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down on it."
⁸And the Lord said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?" (Job 1:6-8)

It was a friendly bet for bragging rights at Job's expense. So God gave him the power to inflict Job.

¹Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them to present himself before the Lord.
²And the Lord said to Satan, "Whence have you come?" Satan answered the Lord, "From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down on it."
³And the Lord said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you moved me against him, to destroy him without cause."
⁴Then Satan answered the Lord, "Skin for skin! All that a man has he will give for his life.

8. The psalmist appeals to God to let a satan bring a wicked man to trial.

¹Be not silent, O God of my praise!
²For wicked and deceitful mouths are opened against me, speaking against me with lying tongues.
³They beset me with words of hate, and attack me without cause.
⁴In return for my love they accuse me, even as I make prayer for them.
⁵So they reward me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
⁶Appoint a wicked man against him; let an accuser [Satan] bring him to trial. (Psalms 109:1-6)

9. The historical context of Zechariah's vision takes place after the Jerusalem community returns from the exile. Satan was standing at the right hand of an angel of the Lord. As a member of the divine council, Satan was opposed to Joshua becoming the high priest. His role was that of a court prosecutor, not as a false accuser.

¹Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.
²And the Lord said to Satan, "The Lord rebuke you, O Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is not this a brand plucked from the fire?" (Zech. 3:1-2)

False accusations

The stories in Genesis precede all the occasions in the OT when Satan is mention by name. For this reason, more than any other, the Jews have a better argument about God being responsible for good and evil

For what follows, it is well to remember that the NT was written over 500 years after the OT. To put this in a more intuitive perspective, that is about the time from when Christopher Columbus discovered America to the beginning of the twenty first century.

If we follow this nonsense about the Bible being the world of God, it means that God waited 500 years to pass this new information onto the Christian writers, and didn't tell the Jews.

1. Adam and Eve. The first sin was supposed to be when Satan, as a serpent, tempted Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, thus defeating God's intent to create an innocent mankind.

The sources come from Paul in 1 Corinthians and twice from Revelation. That God could be thwarted so easily and quickly makes him seem weak and stupid.

³But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. (1 Cor. 11:3)

Revelation twice associates Satan with the serpent in Eden.

⁹And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world--he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. (Rev. 12:9)

¹Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain.
²And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years,
³and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years were ended. After that he must be loosed for a little while. (Rev. 20:1-3)

To Jews, the serpent was regarded as a symbol of evil, and nothing else more. Christianity attached the Satan label onto the serpent, and viola, Satan becomes the tempter who made the first man commit the first sin.

¹Now the serpent was more subtle than any other wild creature that the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God say, 'You shall not eat of any tree of the garden'?" (Gen. 3:1)

2. Noah's flood. Peter blames fallen angels on Noah's flood, which, of course, gave God an excuse to flood the world and kill almost the entire human population.

⁴For if God did not spare the angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of nether gloom to be kept until the judgment;
⁵if he did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a herald of righteousness, with seven other persons, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; (2 Peter 2:4-5)

It doesn't appear as if the semi-divine sons of God and the giant Nephilim are being blamed for sin. Their names were used to suggest a period of time when they inhabited earth. Verse 5 blames human wickedness without saying what caused it.

¹When men began to multiply on the face of the ground, and daughters were born to them,
²the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were fair; and they took to wife such of them as they chose.
³Then the Lord said, "My spirit shall not abide in man for ever, for he is flesh, but his days shall be a hundred and twenty years."
⁴The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.
⁵The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
⁶And the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. (Gen. 6:1-6)

3. Sodom and Gomorrah. Peter blames fallen angels on Sodom and Gomorrah.

⁴For if God did not spare the angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of nether gloom to be kept until the judgment;
⁶if by turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes he condemned them to extinction and. made them an example to those who were to be ungodly; (2 Peter 2:4, 6)

The only angels involved here, where the two sent by God to destroy the cities.

¹²Then the men said to Lot, "Have you any one else here? Sons-in-law, sons, daughters, or any one you have in the city, bring them out of the place;
¹³for we are about to destroy this place, because the outcry against its people has become great before the Lord, and the Lord has sent us to destroy it." (Gen. 19:12-13)

4. Fallen angel. According to the "Catechism of the Catholic Church," paragraph 391:

The Church teaches that Satan was at first a good angel, made by God: "The devil and the other demons were indeed created naturally good by God, but they became evil by their own doing".

According to Peter there are fallen angels.

⁴For if God did not spare the angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of nether gloom to be kept until the judgment; (2 Peter 2:4)

According to Jude there are fallen angels.

⁶And the angels that did not keep their own position but left their proper dwelling have been kept by him in eternal chains in the nether gloom until the judgment of the great day; (Jude 1:6)

The idea of fallen angels led by Satan was extracted from Isaiah. Isaiah says nothing of the sort. He was writing for his own time, not about events that happened thousands of years before in Genesis.

Isaiah was gloating about an event that happened in his time. The "Day Star, son of Dawn" was cut down to the ground to Sheol for attempting to rise above the stars of God.

¹²"How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low!
¹³You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly in the far north;
¹⁴I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will make myself like the Most High.'
¹⁵But you are brought down to Sheol, to the depths of the Pit. (Isa. 14:12-15)

When Isaiah wrote this, he had the king of Babylon in mind. Basically, he was hoping the king of Babylon would go to hell. He was referring to Nebuchadnezzar, the proud but ruined king of Babylon.

⁴you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: "How the oppressor has ceased, the insolent fury ceased! (Isa. 14:4)

"Day Star" refers to the planet Venus, because at certain times of the year, it outshines real stars in the early morning when the sun rises.

5. Destroyer. Satan could be confused with the destroyer, another one of God's angels. Satan's role was that of an adversary, not a destroyer. A few passages should clear up the confusion.

The destroyer was an angel of God who killed the firstborn during Passover.

²³For the Lord will pass through to slay the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not allow the destroyer to enter your houses to slay you. (Ex. 12:23)

Job sees the destroyer as one of God's angels

²⁰The wicked man writhes in pain all his days, through all the years that are laid up for the ruthless.
²¹Terrifying sounds are in his ears; in prosperity the destroyer will come upon him. (Job 15:20-21)

The destroyer shall come as God has spoken.

⁸The destroyer shall come upon every city, and no city shall escape; the valley shall perish, and the plain shall be destroyed, as the Lord has spoken. (Jer. 48:8)

According to Paul, whoever puts God to the test may be destroyed.

⁹We must not put the Lord to the test, as some of them did and were destroyed by serpents;
¹⁰nor grumble, as some of them did and were destroyed by the Destroyer. (1 Cor. 10:9-10)

6. Christ's Temptation. If God and the devil were enemies, then surely he would not have taken Jesus to the wilderness to be tempted. God might have said to the devil, "Take Jesus out into the wilderness and see if you can tempt him".

¹Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. (Matt. 4:1)

7. Judas Iscariot. To be a Christian means to believe that God sent Jesus to die for man's sins. Despite Judas's bad reputation, he must have been carrying out the role assigned to him.

According to Peter, it was all planned by God.

²³this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men.
²⁴But God raised him up, having loosed the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it. (Acts 2:23-24)

Luke says Satan entered into Judas when he bargained for money with the chief priests. Who else but God, arranged for Satan to enter into Judas.

³Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot, who was of the number of the twelve;
⁴he went away and conferred with the chief priests and officers how he might betray him to them.
⁵And they were glad, and engaged to give him money. (Luke 22:3-5)

Security firm offered misinformation and press intimidation

Data released as part of a hacking attack by the Anonymous group has shown what appears to be a corporate plan to destroy WikiLeaks.

Aaron Barr, head of security services firm HBGary Federal, claimed last week to have infiltrated the Anonymous hacking group's leadership and to have identified key players.

Less than 24 hours later the group attacked HBGary Federal's servers and posted their content on file sharing sites.

An analysis of the content revealed what appears to be a proposal, written for leading US legal firm Hunton & Williams by HBGary Federal, on how to bring down WikiLeaks (PDF) through a combination of hacking and disinformation.

It was prepared in conjunction with data analysis firm Palantir Technologies and consultants Berico Technologies

The document suggests a campaign of misinformation involving feeding false documents into WikiLeaks and exposing them to discredit the site's output. Hacking attacks against the central WikiLeaks document server in Sweden were also suggested.

The presentation recommended researching the backgrounds of those involved in WikiLeaks to identify "risky behavior", and a media campaign which would " create concern and doubt among moderates".

This media campaign may also have included attacks on journalists perceived as pro-WikiLeaks. The presentation highlighted Glen Greenwald of Salon.com as a key target.

"These are established professionals that have a liberal bent, but ultimately most of them if pushed will choose professional preservation over cause, such is the mentality of most business professionals," it reads. "Without the support of people like Glenn, WikiLeaks would fold."

HBGary Federal told The New York Times in a statement that some of the files stolen and displayed may have been falsified, but the two other companies mentioned in the presentation have now issued statements on the matter.

Berico Technologies confirmed in a statement (PDF) that it had done initial work on a proposal for a law firm on " information security and public relations challenges".

"Our leadership does not condone or support any effort that proactively targets American firms, organisations or individuals," said founders Guy Filippelli and Nick Hallam

"We find such actions reprehensible and are deeply committed to partnering with the best companies in our industry that share our core values. Therefore, we have discontinued all ties with HBGary Federal."

Palantir Technologies has also said that it is severing ties with HBGary Federal.

"The right to free speech and the right to privacy are critical to a flourishing democracy. From its inception, Palantir Technologies has supported these ideals and demonstrated a commitment to building software that protects privacy and civil liberties," said co-founder Alex Carp in a statement.

"Furthermore, personally and on behalf of the entire company, I want to publicly apologise to progressive organisations in general, and Mr Greenwald in particular, for any involvement that we may have had in these matters."

According to the emails, the presentation was prepared for Hunton & Williams, which counts Bank of America among its clients. Hunton & Williams has reportedly declined to comment, but Bank of America issued a statement yesterday denying involvement in the presentation.

"We have not engaged in, nor do we have any plans to engage in, the practices discussed in this alleged presentation by HBGary," said Lawrence DiRita, a Bank of America spokesman.

In another set of documents, HBGary Federal appears to have offered a plan for the US Chamber of Commerce to "mitigate the effect of adversarial groups" like US Chamber Watch. The plan suggested a strategy to "discredit, confuse, shame, combat, infiltrate and fracture" these groups.

"The leaked emails appear to show that HBGary Federal was willing to propose questionable actions in an attempt to drum up business, but the Chamber was not aware of these proposals until HBGary’s emails leaked," Tom Collamore, a Chamber of Commerce spokesman, told The New York Times.

On 21 April 1970 Leonard George Casley served formal notice on the Premier and the Governor of Western Australia, the Acting Prime Minister, Sir John McEwen, and the Governor-General, Sir Paul Hasluck, that his land was to be the Hutt River Province and that he was to be its administrator. In a further application of bush law he changed the province to a principality and declared himself Prince Leonard and his wife Princess Shirley. He had successfully seceded from Australia.

Casley was reacting to what he regarded as an unfair wheat quota set by the Western Australian government. He turned his 18,500-acre property near Geraldton into a tourist mecca, printing his own stamps, passports and currency, and adopting all the trappings of a real principality.

The Principality of Hutt River, previously known as the Hutt River Province, is the oldest micronation in Australia. The principality claims to be an independent sovereign state, although it remains unrecognized except by other micronations, despite achieving de facto legal status on April 21, 1972.

The principality is located 517 km north of Perth, near the town of Northampton.

The principality was founded on the 21st of April 1970 by Leonard George Casley^[1] when he and his associates proclaimed their secession from the state of Western Australia.

History

The Principality of Hutt River was created in 1969, as a province by the name of Hutt River Province, in response to a dispute with the government of Western Australia over what the Casley family considered draconian wheat production quotas. The Casley farm had around 4,000 hectares (9,900 acres) of wheat ready to harvest when the quotas were issued which allowed Casley to sell only 1,647 bushels or approximately 40 hectares (99 acres).^[2] Initially the five families who owned farms in Hutt River banded together to fight the quota and Casley lodged a protest with the Governor of Western Australia Sir Douglas Kendrew. The Governor replied "no rectification of our Quota would be allowed" which, as he acts as the Queen's representative, made Her Majesty technically liable, in Tort, for applying an unlawful imposition as the quota had not yet been passed into law. Casley then lodged a claim under the Law of Tort for $52 million in the belief the claim would force a revision of the quota. Two weeks later the government introduced a bill into Parliament to "resume" their rural lands under compulsory acquisition. After approaches to the government to reconsider the acquisition bill failed, Casley and his associates resorted to a British law (the Treason Act 1495) which they felt allowed them to secede and declare their independence from the Commonwealth of Australia.^[3] Casley states that he nonetheless remains loyal to Queen Elizabeth II. Casley was elected administrator of the new "sovereign state" by his family.

The government of Western Australia determined it could do nothing without the intervention of the Commonwealth. The Governor-General of Australia, Sir Paul Hasluck, later stated that it was unconstitutional for the Commonwealth to intervene in the secession.^[2] In correspondence with the governor-general's office, Casley was inadvertently addressed as the "Administrator of the Hutt River Province" which, under the application of Royal Prerogative, makes this recognition binding on all courts.^[2] After the government threatened him with prosecution, Casley styled himself His Majesty Prince Leonard I of Hutt to take advantage of a Commonwealth law that a monarch could not only not be charged, but that anyone who interfered with his duties could be charged with treason. Although the law in this matter has since changed, the Australian government has not taken any action against Hutt River since the declaration. Under Australian law, the government had two years to respond to Casley's declaration; the failure to respond gave the province de facto legal status on April 21, 1972.^[4]

In 1976, Australia Post refused to handle Hutt River mail, forcing mail to be redirected via Canada. Following repeated demands by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for the payment of taxes, on 2 December 1977 the province officially declared war on Australia. Prince Leonard notified authorities of the cessation of hostilities several days later.^[4] The mail service was restored and tax requests ceased. Hutt River citizens are now classed by the ATO as non-residents of Australia for income tax purposes; thus income earned within the province is exempt from Australian taxation. The province levies its own income tax of 0.5% on financial transactions by foreign companies registered in the province and personal accounts.

While the principality does not pay taxes, the Australian government's current official position is that it is nothing more than a private enterprise operating under a business name.^[5]

In the early 1980s Hutt River Province declared itself to be a kingdom, but soon after reverted to its original status of a principality. The principality proceeded to release a number of its own stamps and coins.

In September 2006 Prince Leonard decided to change the name to "Principality of Hutt River" and dropped the word "Province".^[6]

In this way, it becomes clear that the Lord has provided this spiritual knowledge to educate and guide all of humanity. Thus, the Vedic knowledge is meant for everyone who seeks it, regardless of their position, status, social class, or background. If they are faithless, then they will go their own way, but those who respect and wish to obtain the Vedic knowledge should not be disregarded. And those who know the wisdom of the Vedic tradition must be willing to allow the same privilege to others, or as it is said, AHe whose knowledge of the four Vedas is like four horns, who studies and enjoys the Vedas, is perfectly well versed in them all, preaches them to humanity and listens to their teachings from others, is the praiseworthy embodiment of knowledge. It is our duty to propagate it to others, and act upon it in our domestic life with words of veneration.@ (Yajur Veda 17. 90)

If this is not clear enough, then this is further corroborated in the Atharva Veda (5.17.10): AThe sages, mortals, and the kings, the lovers of truth, have verily given the knowledge of the Vedas to others.@

Thus, it becomes the duty and responsibility of those who know the Vedic wisdom to supply it and teach it to others because it can become like a mighty and uplifting force in the way it affects society. And for those who do not know it but still have faith in it, it becomes their highest good to make arrangements by which others can become learned in this knowledge, as confirmed in the Atharva Veda: APreached freely, it acts as a powerful force. Held in high esteem it acts as a benefactor of humanity like a leader. It acts as a thunderbolt completely annihilating the usages and practices of a sinner. It acts as a conquest-loving hero throwing light on all topics.@ (Atharva 12.5.18-19)

Therefore, it is wrong to think that the Vedic knowledge is only meant for a small section of society, while these verses proclaim that everyone can benefit from it. This is especially the duty of a learned Brahmana: AEven if ten former guardians, none of whom is a Brahmana, espouse the cause of Vedic knowledge, they are no match for a Brahmana who takes into his hand the task of propagating her [the Vedic knowledge]. He alone is her true guardian.@ (Atharva 5.17.8) Thus, the Brahmanas, gurus and acharyas, if they are true to the Vedic cause, cannot keep the Vedic knowledge to themselves, but must go out of their way to make it available for the benefits of humanity. Otherwise, it is the lack of Vedic spiritual knowledge that corrupts society and misleads people onto the wrong path of ignorance. And those who know the Vedic sciences and withhold it from society become responsible for the godless nature that civilization exhibits, as confirmed as follows:

AIn ancient times the sages who practiced penance through the seven vital forces, verily thus declared about this divine Vedic knowledge, >Dreadful is the result of neglecting divine knowledge, which causes confusion and calamity, where its teachings are violated.= When infants die, [or are] untimely born, when herds of cattle waste away [from drought or death by other causes], when heroes strike each other dead [as in useless wars], the neglect of Vedic knowledge destroyeth them.@ (Atharva 5.17.6-7)

AIgnorance that overtakes a village is spoken of as a star with contradictory light. Lack of Vedic knowledge disturbs the kingdom where fall a lot of [inauspicious] meteors and shooting stars.@ (Atharva 5.17.4)

Herein it should become obvious to all that society needs the higher wisdom of the Vedic spiritual knowledge to keep itself on the right path to attain the proper qualifications, insight, cooperation, humility, strength, and the means to work in harmony with each other and nature. Without that, life becomes increasingly complex, and a struggle for existence. Without that, society becomes lost, as well as do those who do not promote it, as also explained in the Vedas:

AThey perish who do not preach the Vedas. He who hoards the Vedic knowledge loses renown. Their houses are burnt who withhold the Vedic knowledge. He suffers utter destruction who preaches the Vedic knowledge without the support of Nirukta [word meanings] and Grammar.@ (Atharva 12.4.3)

AIf a violent [or selfish] man or woman disregards the wealthy store of knowledge of this Vedic speech, he or she gets the stain of inseparable infamy, due to that sin... The God-created Vedic knowledge belongs to those who come to ask for it. The learned call it an outrage on Vedic scholars when one retains Vedic knowledge as his own precious heritage.@ (Atharva 12.4. 9, 11)

In this way, it actually becomes dangerous not to help or assist in the spread of Vedic knowledge, or to think that it belongs to only one class of man only, as is typically thought in India. It is like ahimsa or non-violence, when a person knows he can help someone in reducing the other person=s suffering but refuses to do so, then he is actually practicing violence, and that will come back to haunt him in the end and create future sufferings of his own. Similarly, AIt [Vedic knowledge] wounds like an arrow him who obstructs its free spread. It brings calamity on him who reviles and abuses it. It is fearfully venomous when it is down-trodden by its foe. It brings death-like darkness on him who has degraded and dishonored it. Pursuing him, Vedic knowledge extinguishes the vital breath of its injurer.@ (Atharva 12.5.25-27)

AIt weakens physically him who torments its preachers. It destroys the wealth of him who snatches it away from the learned. It brings misery when it is suppressed, and ill repute when it is shown disrespect. . . It is sinful to try to spoil it. Its destruction is distressing like an evil dream. . . It brings loss of power to its opponent who forcibly retards its progress, and humiliation when its spread has been retarded. . . It brings poverty when it is being outraged. . . Vedic knowledge, when desecrated, cuts off the injurer of the learned from this world and the next.@ (Atharva 12.5.29, 32, 35, 37, 38)

AIf in his house alone one preserves the Vedic knowledge received from an acharya or acquired otherwise, but imparts it not to others, such a dishonest person, doing wrong to the learned and the Brahmacaris [those worthy of receiving the Vedic wisdom], departs from this world in a miserable plight.@ (Atharva 12.4.53)

Herein we can see that if we have acquired this Vedic knowledge from an authorized teacher or guru, or have grown up with it and have become well acquainted with it, then, in the end, our spiritual advancement and securing the spiritual progress of others is all that really matters. All else is temporary and comes and goes.

Therefore, if we have benefitted from the spiritual knowledge that we have acquired from the Vedic tradition, then it behooves us to share that blessing with others, and provide a means for others to also benefit and become blessed. If, however, we do not do that, then it is but a sign of selfishness, and, indeed, a disqualification for having attained such knowledge. AHe who wants to derive full advantage from this Vedic knowledge should aspire after this life-infusing knowledge. This knowledge, when not given, however, harms a man who does not impart it to others when they ask for it. . . However, unavoidable adversity overtakes him who does not like to part with Vedic knowledge even when it is asked for. His wishes and hopes, which he would like to gain, are never fulfilled when withholding Vedic knowledge.@ (Atharva 12.4.13, 19)

Thus, we can see what may happen to those who restrict the flow of Vedic wisdom, or who selfishly hold it as if it is their property alone and not for others. However, it is even more damaging to a leader, king, or ruler who denigrates it, neglects it, takes it cheaply, or does not work to protect its existence and the lives of those who know and teach it. AVedic knowledge preached in all parts of the world attains to fame and dignity. It brings misery and suffering on the king who restricts its spread.@ (Atharva 12.4.39) Thus, for anyone who teaches the Vedic wisdom, or for the country who provides for such activities to go on, great well-being can be given. But for a king or ruler who neglects it, great misfortune can follow for himself and his whole family, either in this life or the next. AWhosoever looking on Vedic knowledge as fruitless, or defames it at home, God, the Lord of mighty worlds, reduces his sons and grandsons to extreme poverty.@ (Atharva 12.4.38)

Furthermore, a leader who is influenced by those who hate Vedic culture will bring ruin to the whole country, and such a person will depart this life heading toward ultimate darkness in the next. This may be more prophetic than we think, for is not the next statement what is happening in India? AThey who seduce the king [or ruler] and say, >Propagate not Vedic knowledge,= encounter through their lack of sense, the missile shot by a powerful person. . . For the Kshatriya [or leader] who usurps this Vedic knowledge and oppresseth the Brahmanas, the courteous language, heroism, and auspicious fortune all depart. The energy, vigor, patience and might, the knowledge and mental strength, the glory and virtue, devotion and princely sway, kingship and people, brilliance and honor, splendor and wealth, long life and physical beauty, and name and fame, food and nourishing edibles, right and truth, hospitality and acts of public utility, and children and cattle, all these blessings of a Kshatriya depart from him when he oppresseth the Brahmanas and usurps the Vedic knowledge.@ (Atharva 12.4.52, & 5.5-11)

The cannabinoid receptors are a class of cell membrane receptors under the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. As is typical of G protein-coupled receptors, the cannabinoid receptors contain seven transmembrane spanning domains. Cannabinoid receptors are activated by three major group of ligands, endocannabinoids (produced by the mammalian body), plant cannabinoids (such as THC, produced by the cannabis plant) and synthetic cannabinoids (such as HU-210).
